Run HFVExplorer.

Under the file menu open the disk image file. The name will be added to the directory tree on the left.

In the directory tree on the left, browse for the directory where the files you want are located. The files will show up in the panel on the right

Drag the files from the right window panel onto the blank copy that you opened, in the directory tree.

Quit HFVExplorer.
